Captured Shivba, in his clutches tight,

But his spirit soared, like a Phoenix in flight.

Faking illness and sending baskets of sweets,

He escaped from the cage, with stealthy feats,

No room for despair, no time for fear,

With brains as sharp as lord Mahadev’s spear.

Crafty maneuvers, they made their move,

Through shadows and alleys, they did groove,

Dodging guards, avoiding their sight,

Their freedom now within their might.

So they vanished into the night's embrace,

Leaving behind a legacy, a tale of grace,

For Shivba's spirit was never to bow,

To tyranny's grip, he'd never allow.

And in the corporate jungle, where pressures creep,

Context: 

Recently read many news of young brilliant minds even from reputed institutes in India committing suicide. I myself have had extreme negative thoughts at some point of my life but as a Marathi person I always found myself motivated by the teachings of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj especially when he was captured and was under arrest of Aurangzeb. Sometimes I imagine myself in that situation and feel that any common man like me would have either just waited for the death by Aurangzeb or may have committed suicide but if you remember the story of how Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj still kept his cool and found a way out using his intellect always leaves me in Aww! There is a reason why people often say that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was like Chanakya by intellect and like Maharana Pratap by his courage; a perfect fusion of Courage and Brilliance!  Hope people will get interested to know about Maharaj after reading this rap and find some motivation and hope even during their darkest of times!
